Devana for Teams

AI mock technical interviews for your students, with progress you can measure

For universities, community colleges, CS departments and coding bootcamps. Run a cohort: students practice role-specific technical interviews with an AI interviewer, and you see who is practicing and how their scores move from a baseline to a final assessment.

Role-specific interview practice

Students practice spoken technical interviews with an AI interviewer: coding with a live editor and real test runs, system design on a whiteboard, and behavioral rounds. Each student picks a role track, and cohort interviews draw from that track's own questions wherever the bank has enough at that level.

Cohort tracking

See seats used, who has joined, who practiced this week, sessions per student, and each student's latest score. Export the student table and a cohort summary as CSV.

Baseline to final reporting

Open a baseline assessment at the start and a final one at the end: the same interview type and difficulty, on each student's own track. You see each student's change and the cohort average, counted only for students who took both.

Privacy by default

Admins see scores, activity and skill-level results, never the interviews themselves. Devana does not store transcripts or recordings, and students see exactly what you can see before they join.

Tracks for the roles your students want

Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, Data, ML / AI, Mobile, DevOps, Security, General SWE. You choose which tracks a cohort can practice. Frontend, backend, full stack, data and ML tracks have coding questions of their own; the mobile, DevOps and security tracks practice general coding questions, and have system design questions of their own.

After every interview a student gets a report: a score out of 100, how they did on each skill the round is scored on, such as approach planning, edge cases or trade-offs, and what to work on next.

What your admins see

Seats used and activation, students active this week, sessions completed, participation, the share of students with three or more sessions, assessment completion, a table of every student's progress, average score by track, and the cohort's weakest skills.

Export the student table and the cohort summary as CSV.

Each student agrees to share

  • Your name and email address
  • Your track, when you joined, and when you last practiced
  • How many interviews you have completed in the cohort
  • Your scores, and how you did on each skill the interview is scored on
  • Your baseline and final assessment scores

And never shares

  • Your interview conversations. Devana does not store transcripts or recordings.
  • Your code
  • Interviews you do outside the cohort

Students can choose to share the written feedback from their cohort reports too. It is off unless they turn it on. Cohort data is deleted 30 days after the pilot ends, unless we agree another date with you.

How a pilot works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your program

Use the form below. We reply by email to set up a pilot with you.

  2. Step 2

    We set up your cohort

Seats, dates, the tracks your students can practice, and a monthly number of interviews per student. You get an invite link and an admin dashboard.

  3. Step 3

    Students join and practice

Each student signs in with the link, reads what your institution can see, picks a track, and practices on their own schedule.

  4. Step 4

    Measure the change

Open the baseline in week one and the final in week six, then compare the results and export them.

A pilot typically runs for six weeks with 20 to 40 students. Students who already pay for Devana keep their own plan as it is.
