We want you to be fully satisfied with Devana. If our platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Pro subscriptions, whether billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Devana for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

The guarantee covers Pro subscriptions only. The Sprint Pass is a one-time purchase and is not covered.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • This is your first refund request for a Devana subscription.
  • Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period (you can cancel to prevent future charges).
  • Partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
  • The Sprint Pass, a one-time purchase that is not a subscription.
  • Free plan accounts (no payment to refund).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at billing@joindevana.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include your registered email address and the reason for your request.
  • We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions:

  • Cancellation prevents future charges. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Cancel from Settings in the app, under Manage subscription.
  • Refund returns your most recent payment and immediately reverts your account to the Free plan.
