Free costs nothing and gives you 3 mock interviews a month of up to 20 minutes each, with Bring Your Own Problem, resume-based interviews, company-specific question sets (Google, Meta, Amazon and more), voice mode, the built-in code editor and a feedback report after every session. The Sprint Pass gives you 14 interviews for a one-time $19, and Pro gives you up to 40 interviews a month (fair use). Your session history and every report are free on all three plans, with no time limit. Both paid plans include everything in Free, interviews of up to 60 minutes (30 for behavioral rounds), and the AI Coach.
Pro is one plan with three ways to pay: $49 a month billed monthly, $39 a month billed $117 every 3 months, or $29 a month billed $348 a year. The longer terms cost less per month and include exactly the same features. These are the US prices, in US dollars; many countries have a lower regional price.
It is not a subscription: you pay $19 once and nothing renews. The pass gives you 14 interviews with everything the paid plans include, and it lasts 14 days from purchase. When the 14 days are up or you have used all 14 interviews, whichever comes first, your account goes back to the Free plan.
Yes. Pro is a subscription that renews at the end of each billing period (every month, quarter or year, depending on how you pay) until it is canceled. Renewal payments are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Open Settings in the app and choose Manage subscription. It opens the billing portal run by Dodo Payments, our payment processor, where you can cancel, update your card and download invoices. Canceling stops the next renewal: you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. If the portal will not open, email billing@joindevana.com. Canceling is not a refund; a refund under the 30-day guarantee ends Pro straight away.
It covers Pro subscriptions, not the Sprint Pass. If Pro is not right for you, email billing@joindevana.com within 30 days of your first payment, with the subject line "Refund Request", your registered email address and the reason. It applies to your first refund request for a Devana subscription. We process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, back to the original payment method, and your account returns to the Free plan straight away.
An interview counts only once you have actually attempted it: a session in which you give fewer than 20 words of answers scores 0 and is not counted, so opening one to look around costs nothing. Monthly allowances reset each month, and unused interviews do not carry over.
Dodo Payments processes every payment. Checkout charges the price and currency you were shown on the pricing page, and neither can be changed at checkout.
Yes. Prices are adjusted for each country's purchasing power, so in many countries the Sprint Pass and Pro cost less than in the US, usually shown and charged in your local currency. Devana works out your country from your IP address, or from your browser's language settings if that fails. If it cannot tell, you see the US prices in US dollars.
